Peer Review and Ethics

Peer Review Process: Manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process, which involves a dedicated review team, reviewers and editorial board members. In this journal, a double-blind review process is employed, ensuring that both the identities of reviewers and authors are kept confidential from each other throughout the review process.

Immediately After Submitting: First 24 Hours

The Editor, with the assistance of the Managing Editor and or any other member of the editorial team, makes a first check of conformity of submitted manuscripts with the Journal policy and submission guidelines. Manuscripts not conforming to the Journal guidelines are returned to authors without evaluation.

Review 1: Dedicated Review Team: 1 to 3 days

The journal's Editorial members will nominate a dedicated review team member to assess the manuscript. The review process will require a minimum of 3 days. The dedicated review team member will then forward their comments to the author for corrections.

Review 2: Reviewer(s): Minimum 7 to 14 Days

The Reviewer must acknowledge acceptance of the task within 7 days of receiving the invitation from the Advisory Editor. Failure to do so will result in the Advisory Editor assuming that the Reviewer cannot undertake the assigned task and will subsequently contact an alternative reviewer. To evaluate the assigned manuscript, the Reviewer must utilize the standard Review Form designed for this specific purpose. The review comments will be forwaded to the authors.

Acceptance and Online Publication: On the basis of the final review reports, the Editor communicates the final decision to the Author (s), in writing and preferably through the Journal online system. The manuscript will be promptly sent to the publishing house for online publication within 24 hours.
