Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format. The file is prepared using "Manuscript Template Document" present in author instructions of the Journal.
  • I agree to pay the Publication Charges after receiving the acceptance letter.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. I have downloaded the Manuscript Template and prepared accordingly.

Author Guidelines

Manuscript submission

The journal's language is English. British English or American English spelling and terminology may be used, but either one should be followed consistently throughout the article. Email manuscript to editorctrj@gmail.com. 

Publication Charges:

During Submission and Review: Submission charges are NIL. 

After Acceptance: An open access fee of INR 3000 + 18% Tax (India and all developing countries/low-income countries) or USD 250 + 30% Tax (for developed countries) applies to the first Author. The fee for the second and third Authors is NIL. For the fourth Author onwards, the fee will be INR 1500 +18% Tax (India and all developing countries/low-income countries) or USD 100 + 30% Tax (for developed countries) per Author. The fee includes rapid publication charges, DOI number, and processing fee. 

Single Author: INR 3000 + 18% Tax (India/low-income countries) or USD 250 + 30% Tax (for developed countries). 

Second Author and Third Author: The fee is NIL. 

Fourth Author Onwards: INR 1500 +18% Tax per Author or USD 100 + 30% Tax per Author (for developed countries).

Legal requirements: Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that all co-authors have approved its publication if any, as well as by the responsible authorities - tacitly or explicitly - at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any compensation claims. Manuscript Copyrights will be automatically transferred to the Sevas Publishing.

Peer Review Process: Manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process, which involves a dedicated review team, reviewers and editorial board members. In this journal, a double-blind review process is employed, ensuring that both the identities of reviewers and authors are kept confidential from each other throughout the review process.  

Immediately After Submitting: First 24 Hours

The Editor, with the assistance of the Managing Editor and or any other member of the editorial team, makes a first check of conformity of submitted manuscripts with the Journal policy and submission guidelines. Manuscripts not conforming to the Journal guidelines are returned to authors without evaluation. 

Review 1: Dedicated Review Team: 1 to 3 days

The journal's Editorial members will nominate a dedicated review team member to assess the manuscript. The review process will require a minimum of 3 days. The dedicated review team member will then forward their comments to the author for corrections. 

Review 2: Reviewer(s): Minimum 7 to 14 Days 

The Reviewer must acknowledge acceptance of the task within 7 days of receiving the invitation from the Advisory Editor. Failure to do so will result in the Advisory Editor assuming that the Reviewer cannot undertake the assigned task and will subsequently contact an alternative reviewer. To evaluate the assigned manuscript, the Reviewer must utilize the standard Review Form designed for this specific purpose. The review comments will be forwaded to the authors. 

Acceptance and Online Publication: On the basis of the final review reports, the Editor communicates the final decision to the Author (s), in writing and preferably through the Journal online system. The manuscript will be promptly sent to the publishing house for online publication within 24 hours.

Publication Duration:  The review process will take minimum 7 days to 20 days. The manuscript formatting and online publication will take a minimum of three days.

Title page
The title page should include:

- The name(s) of the author(s)
- A concise and informative title
- The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s)

The email address, telephone and fax numbers of the corresponding author

Abstract
Please provide an abstract of 100 to 150 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.

Keywords
Please provide 4 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.
Save your file in two formats: docx, doc or rtf. Use the template file.

Abbreviations and acronyms
Abbreviations should be defined at first mention and used consistently thereafter.

SI units, numbers
Please always use internationally accepted signs and symbols for units, SI units.

Terminology
Genus and species names should be in italics. Common names of animals should not be capitalized.

Footnotes
Footnotes on the title page are not given reference symbols. Footnotes to the text are numbered consecutively; those to tables should be indicated by superscript lower-case letters (or asterisks for significance values and other statistical data).

Acknowledgements
Acknowledgements of people, grants, funds, etc., should be placed in a separate section before the reference list. The names of funding organizations should be written in full.

References
ONLY DOI Numbers and Internet Links Are allowed as References.

Citation in text
Cite references in the text with numbers.

Referencing Style
The journal will not follow any kind of reference style. ONLY DOI and Internet Links are acceptable without any text

Tables
• All tables are to be numbered using Arabic numerals.
• Tables should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order.
• For each table, please supply a table heading. The table title should explain clearly and concisely the components of the table.

Figures
• All figures are to be numbered using Arabic numerals.

• For each figure, please supply a figure caption.
• Make sure to identify all elements found in the figure in the caption.

Copyrights
The manuscript copyrights will be automatically transferred to the publisher. This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws.

Offprints/Reprints charges
The offprints can be downloaded by authors for personal use and shared with peer groups. The authors are not allowed to share the manuscripts with educational institutions or libraries, for classroom teaching or research institutions, or download them to any computer in any organization. An Institute subscription is needed. The publishing house will compensate the authors based on the downloads and manuscript statistics.

Color in print
No special charges for color print. Authors can submit as many diagrams as possible.

Proofreading
Proofs are issued to authors before publication. It is therefore imperative that the text of a submitted paper be thoroughly checked before submission. Proofs are, however, checked by the publisher and editors.

If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Important Copyright Policy: Individuals such as authors and readers are allowed to download, cite, access and store manuscripts on their personal computers. However, educational institutions, libraries, and research organizations are not authorized to download or store manuscripts on their organizational computers. To overcome this restriction, organizations must subscribe to the "Computing Technology Research Journal." 

Subscription Model: The libraries or educational/research organizations have to subscribe to individual articles. A Journal subscription fee of INR 5,000 + 18% (tax) per issue (Unlimited Articles Access) is applicable for academic, government and research organizations. INR 850 + 18% (tax) per one article. 

Authors Compensation Model: Sevas Publishing is pleased to announce that authors will be eligible for lifelong compensation benefits based on the number of downloads, subscriptions, and citations their articles receive. This innovative compensation model provides authors with a reliable source of income for their published manuscripts. The amount of compensation is calculated based on the number of citations and downloads the articles receive.

Generative AI in scientific writing: The authors can use AI generative tools for the writing process and improve readability and language. Authors should disclose in their manuscript the use of AI and AI-assisted technologies in the format below.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sevas Publishing, India.

Sevas Publishing, India (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates ctrj.in (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to ctrj.in, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

SERVICE means the ctrj.in website operated by Sevas Publishing, India.

Sevas Publishing, India will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

8. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

0.2. our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the home page of our website;

0.3. users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:

We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Please note, you are entitled to ask us to provide you with this information up to two times in a rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to the personal information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.

0.2. To delete your personal information. If you make this request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.

0.3. To stop selling your personal information. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to any third parties for any purpose. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, under some circumstances, a transfer of personal information to a third party, or within our family of companies, without monetary consideration may be considered a “sale” under California law. If you submit a request to stop selling your personal information, we will stop making such transfers.

13. Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

15. CI/CD tools

We may use third-party Service Providers to automate the development process of our Service.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

19. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
