Benefits: Authors are required to submit their bank account details to the Publishing House. Additionally, authors are encouraged to promote the journal by recommending it to libraries. The Sevas Publishing House has chosen to compensate authors based on the number of downloads and citations their work receives. The publishing house will deposit the yearly or monthly compensation into the authors' accounts.

Author Compensation Calculations:

The publishing house will share 50% of the subscription fee with the authors. In the event that the publishing house receives donations owing to its open-access policies, it will prioritize compensating the authors. The publishing house's objectives encompass reimbursing the fees paid by the authors, generating sufficient income to sustain the journal, and providing editorial board members with dedicated salaries of INR 2500 per hour. Additionally, the publishing house recommends a minimum reviewer fee of INR 1500 per paper, with rates subject to increase based on the income generated by the publishing house.

Sevas Publishing envisions that this journal will attain remarkable success through the contributions of authors, reviewers, and editors. It is our aspiration that these policies will foster a thriving ecosystem in developing countries.
